  Excellent professional service from start to finish, our salesman Bruce is amazing. The delivery crew was just as amazing, they went above and beyond to make every thing work and fit into our tight quarters in the basement . They made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Definitely will be purchasing more from the Wausau HOM Furniture store!!

  Bruce is the man!!! Not sure I'd have the same experience with out him, but love going to HOM. I am a short term rental designer and manager. I use HOM very often and my experience is always great. Highly recommended.

  My wife and were impressed about the whole experience of buying a new bedroom set at your downtown Wausau location. The quality of the furniture was better than the other store we had visited (Furniture & Appliance). Bruce did an excellent job of listening to us and steering us to our options, even if they were not the most expensive. He had us try several mattresses, explaining what was important. He knew to go for a walk when we were getting down to our final choices, but was back when we were ready. We even came back a week later and surprised him by adding a very high quality Amish dining table set made in Ohio. Our furniture arrived yesterday with no issues. Ben & Cody arrived at 10:47 am, the exact eta that was estimated to us early in the morning! The HOM website was very helpful in us being able to see when our turn for delivery was coming. Ben was very motivated to get everything set up correctly in an efficient manner. We are 100% happy with our purchases! Lori & Russ Ps - the fresh cookies sure didn’t hurt😀

  Bruce was/is awesome! I can't believe how much time he gave me! Very friendly, very knowledgeable!!!! Seriously, if you're looking for a professional to help you on researching the correct mattress for yourself....Ask Bruce The Mattress Guy! :)

  Bruce is so helpful and his professionalism is greatly appreciated! When a person is buying a mattress, Bruce takes his customer's needs above all things. He is thorough, right to the point and when I left the store I knew I had been treated in a way that my choice was the absolute best for me. These days his caring is top shelf! He is an example of what "real" customer satisfaction is about!
