While moving out of my apartment I sliced my hand on the garage door and she helped get the first aid kit while I stopped my bleeding. She then also graciously helped solve my problem and sold me an extra unit and moved the insurance over to the other unit. Jessie has great customer service skills and made us feel welcome and taken care of. She deserves a promotion for some of the characters she has to deal with sometimes.

Tested the app for gate entry, worked well. Exit was a bit more difficult, you have to be practically on top of the gate before it will open. Ironically they have a big sign on the door warning about potential dangers.
