- ERErica ReinigJul 8, 20255.0I have a large piece of property with several tree-related projects (a few down trees, tree trimming, trees that were sickly that either needed to be cut down or needed treatment). Theresa came out to take a look and was incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave advice/recommendations without being pushy about anything. In the end it was a big list of tasks for the crew, but the crew worked quickly, did a fantastic job, and was incredibly nice and helpful! Because of the variety of tasks that were needed (treatment for some trees, removal of some trees), I ended up working with several different people in the company and everyone of them was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The final bill was also VERY reasonable considering all the work that needed doing and how well that work was done. I will definitely be coming back to Bassett for future tree-related issues and highly recommend them!
