    EDIT: To clarify, my concerns are not about the employee in this office. He has been consistently helpful and professional. From my visits, I see that he is constantly busy—assisting clients, handling tasks, and keeping things running. The workload he manages is clearly very demanding, which shows a need for proper support. My feedback is directed at the company, not at him, as he is doing everything he can under the circumstances. I was really disappointed after the ownership changed. The level of service has clearly dropped, and it feels like customer experience is no longer a priority. The gate system has become extremely unreliable. Remote access doesn’t work anymore — you have to get out and press the button manually just to exit. Entering the facility is also a problem — sometimes the system doesn’t detect you at all, and you have to pull your vehicle uncomfortably close to the gate just to get it to open. It honestly feels like you might hit the gate just trying to trigger it. The issue with the sliding doors is not just that they are slow — it’s that the system itself lags so badly that the doors often don’t open at all. The same problem affects access to the units — there have been multiple times when the door simply wouldn’t open because the system wasn’t working properly. About a month ago, one of the gates broke. Instead of fixing it properly, it’s still covered with cardboard and temporary materials. Considering how much we pay, this is unacceptable. It also creates serious access issues — during busy hours, it’s nearly impossible to get in because everything backs up around the one usable entrance. There have also been multiple occasions when I couldn’t access my unit at all due to system failures. At one point, I had to go to the office for help. The office employee was the only person who actually helped me throughout this whole time. On top of everything else, the facility has become noticeably dirtier. It really feels like maintenance and cleanliness are being neglected in favor of cutting costs. Everyone I know who has been here since the previous ownership has noticed the same decline — people are frustrated, constantly dealing with the same system issues, and complaining about how dirty the place has become. It’s honestly confusing what happened here, because the difference is hard to ignore. Honestly, this feels more like venting than expecting anything to change. I’m sure I’ll get a standard “we’re sorry” response, but based on experience, nothing actually gets fixed.

    Really great place, very first time user to use storage. The worker name Jake, was great guide and help me learn more about access and great storage that are very clean. Drive-in storage are the best part where I can be stay dry and shelter from unpredictable weather.
