He said they couldn't make my tree look like a lollipop, (even though the last time they came out, my trees looked pretty good). His long tool that trims branches broke and he tried to fix it, but he reminded "me" that I'm being " charged by the hour" when I tried to tell them what I wanted. I was also not given a quote this time, prior to asking Michelle three or four times. I was charged for two men when it was a very small job. All I was told is "it would be less expensive than last time"
