  Buying blinds from Budget Blinds was such an easy and great experience. Every person I dealt with was professional, extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Installers Phil and Jordan were right on time and really knew what they were doing. Definitely would be a repeat customer!

  We just had budget blinds do our new home. Working with Phil and Jordon was stress free and pleasant. Phil's suggestions and ideas were all spot on, Jordon did our installation and all was perfect. My only regret is that I didn't choose more motorized shades. They are awesome in the windows that need daily opening and closing. If hesitating: just go for it!

  I was glad a friend recommended Budget Blinds of Lakeshore to me. I live in a senior living apartment in Sister Bay, WI. I wanted to upgrade my window treatments, and couldn’t believe how wonderful my entire experience was from the moment I contacted this local company. The entire staff are exceptionally polite and professional, from Norma who answers the phones and handles the showroom, to the sales designer Casey who came to my apartment to discuss all of my options, and to the installation specialist Jordan. The owner Phil definitely has a dream team of employees. I was truly delighted with my choices of very high quality window treatments. I choose the cellular shades in both bedrooms, which can also be ordered with light blocking options. For my patio door, I ordered the soft treatment Norman window fashions. It is just beautiful with a soft light filtering fabric that you can adjust to the sunlight by turning the wand. Casey explained all of my choices to fit the room perfectly. I never imagined how much it transformed my apartment into what I now call “home”. After installation, I had a few questions and needed a service call to adjust one small issue. No problem, they stand completely behind their products, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure it was perfect. True customer service that doesn’t exist in this world. On top of it all, you get a real person “Norma” when calling, and everyone was there exactly on time. Not a time frame of a 4 hour window period, I mean the exact time!
