  My wife and I recently had the opportunity to work with Serenity Farms to have five large pine trees removed from my property, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team at Serenity Farms demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The project involved removing five very large pine trees, yet the work was completed in a remarkably timely manner without compromising the quality of the job. Their process was clearly well organized, and it was evident that the crew was highly experienced. I would also like to recognize Tom Hawe, who handled the quoting and follow up throughout the process. His communication, responsiveness, and professionalism were absolutely second to none. Tom made the entire process smooth, transparent, and easy from the very beginning. In addition, AJ Kissel, who was in charge of the removal of the pine trees, did an incredible job leading the work. The efficiency and precision with which the trees were removed was extremely impressive and clearly demonstrated a high level of skill and experience. What impressed me most was not only how efficiently the trees were removed, but also how cost effective the service was compared to what I expected for a project of this size. The value for the level of work provided was outstanding. The cleanup was absolutely perfect. When the work was finished, there was no visible sign that the trees had ever been there. The property was left neat, clean, and well maintained, which speaks volumes about the pride Serenity Farms takes in their work. Based on this experience, I will absolutely be having Serenity Farms complete additional work for me in the very near future. I would highly recommend Serenity Farms to anyone looking for professional tree removal services.   I had them come to my home and cut down 2 trees and grind the stumps on those trees and a couple of other ones. The work they did was good, but getting them scheduled to come and do the work was a nightmare. I had them come and give me a quote for the project which they did right away. I called them to setup a time to complete the project less than a week later and Andy told me to call him back in a 2 weeks. I called back in 2 and he told me they would be there the following week and if I didn't hear from them to give them a call again. I called a 3rd time and they told me they would be there that Thursday to do the project. They showed up on Wednesday, not Thursday and luckily I was home to tell them exactly what I needed to get done. Someone shouldn't have to call 3 times to get something scheduled.

  one of their trucks intentionally tried to run me (pregnant) and my children in our minivan off the freeway when we were trying to merge into traffic from a blind onramp onto an extremely narrow freeway with cement barriers and no median due to construction.. there was NO ONE in the left lane and he only moved over after he tried to hit us to be a jerk. we were nearly killed and would have been if i hadn't slammed my breaks causing the car behind me to slam their breaks and nearly hit us as well. After calling to tell the company what happened, they were rude, didn't seem to care at all. I'd never hire a company like this, you shouldn't either!
