Customer service was friendly but couldn't get anyone back for a week, so here we sit, 5inches of wet snow and ice expected next two days. Corporate wouldn't any sooner so refunded our $40 delivery fee.

But at least this one is cleaner then most iv been too, more organized, and the staff are way nicer and helpful. I even brought my dog here one day just because they are animal friendly and I needed to get some things. They were extremely nice, helped me, and gave my boy a bunch of treats and love. Yea its just another lowes but at least the staff are great.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
