    The customer service of every employee today was awesome. We were acknowledge in every department alone with being asked if we needed any assistance. The store is spread out so it's a little walking is you need more then 1 area. Plenty of free parking and easy access.

    Very unhappy with the way we were treated regarding the reindeer purchase. The manager's refusal to sell or allow payment in advance was frustrating. And then find out he sells it anyways 2 days later when he said not til AFTER Christmas!!!! He was very rude and unpleasant ! The lady at customer service even said its policy to sell it if all other stores dont have THE ITEM I inventory and he said no he can not sell til after christmas!! So we left and just found out he sold it !!!

    Whatever you do don't purchase LG appliances from lowes. I purchased a range in Sept and the oven does not work properly. It has a manufacturer issue and the parts are on backorder. The repair service is farmed out to Sears Sevice through LG & not handled by Lowe's nor do they have any availability to assist. LGs customer support is not local. I've spent over 10 hours on phone calls with LG on multiple occasions and with different departments. I continue to get no replacement and just the run around. One of the biggest frustrations is LG tell me Lowes needs to call them for the replacement approval. However when I speak to a manager at Lowes they tell me LG will not give them the approval and I have to handle it. Also word of caution you only have 48 hour from delivery of your appliance to return it to Lowes...so make sure absolutely everything on your appliance works perfectly. After reading other reviews issues like this happen with more than just LG appliances. Please do better than I did and read reviews associated with appliances before you purchase from any store.

    Came in asking for a key service of two deadbolts and two door handles. Was told that I had to show proof with a receipt that I had purchased those items from them directly and they wouldn’t. Took it to Menards they will do it for five dollars per key. Go there for everything. Lowe’s is a joke.
