  I called to schedule service on our refrigerator that was no longer draining properly, so water was pooling on our floor despite numerous attempts to defrost ourselves. Noel booked the service appointment for the very next day, and was a pleasure to work with. Dean called me the next morning to provide an approximate arrival window, then I received a call within that window notifying me that I was the next appointment. Dean completed the service promptly and professionally, and was in and out with no evidence of him having been there aside from a now properly draining refrigerator. Lake Country Appliance Repair will certainly be my go to for any future repair needs.

  Can’t say enough good things about Lake Country Appliance. Got a repair done right before the holiday because they went out of their way to find the parts. Affordable, friendly, efficient, and clean. They give you options and don’t try at all to upsell. Highly recommend.
