- IDIlya DayterApr 20, 20261.0What a complete disaster dealing with the Oshkosh Lowe’s. I ordered a screen door and they delivered one that was 4 inches too short—not even remotely the correct size. I called to fix it, and they scheduled a pickup and replacement delivery. Instead, they showed up, took the incorrect door, and left without delivering the replacement—no call, no explanation, nothing. Now I’m stuck with no door at all. To make matters worse, I can’t get anyone at the store to answer the phone or provide any kind of update. This is basic order fulfillment and communication, and the Oshkosh Lowe’s failed on both. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that can actually manage a simple order.

Now, here's what I HATE - I cannot reach the local Lowe's store directly when I dial the local number. The call goes to an AI attendant who could not provide answers to the specific questions asked, and then gets re-routed to someone in another country who has no idea what I'm asking about! I've been on the phone now for more than 8 minutes and have yet to speak with someone in the Oshkosh store! For that reason, I'm removing one Star from my review.
- KKKyleMar 8, 20264.0The person who helped us with carpet…hands downs phenomenal guy! I wish I could remember his name but he had a lot of badges on his vest. He was Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When we went to check out though it was somewhat busy and our form had to be checked out by a person, not self checkout which we learned too late. One team member asked the girl (Eden) to get on the register and help. Eden refused to get on until she found her propel drink. She walked around yelling “has anyone seen my propel, I don’t know where it is. I need my propel”. Once she found it she didn’t even try to log in and went to a different register to talk with someone. This is extremely embarrassing as there were multiple customers waiting. She may need some reeducation on customer satisfaction.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
