I didn’t have a Menards back where I lived , but I had a Lowe’s, so it’s a company I’ve shopped with before and am already familiar with. The difference here compared to back home is the employees actually care and want to help you. I’m a west coast guy so storm doors, snow blowers , and basements were all new to me. When I needed help sometimes multiple visits a day or week ,there was always a friendly associate there to help. One person who has been there a lot is Ed. He sold me on two storm doors this year and I plan on coming back for a third later this year. Another thing I like about this location was the events! I brought my family during Halloween time and there was so much to do for the kids outside with the firefighters and police officers. So, like tell the employees at check out, I’ll definitely be back .

There was a newer young man working in paint for one week he did a excellent job helping me find what l needed. All the help greeted with a hello and everyone was so helpful. - CDCharles DeanNov 12, 20251.0Lowe's continues to advertise the bosch profactor 7-1/4-in 18-volt sliding compound cordless miter saw as the free gift if you purchase the Bosch 18 -Volt 2 -Pack Lithium ( 4 Ah 4 Ah Battery Kit ) even though they have been out of stock of the miter saw for over 3 weeks. Not a saw to be found anywhere in the entire state of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, or Illinois. If you don't have the saw in stock, and aren't planning on restocking it, then stop advertising it as an option for the free gift. It's the bait and switch.
