  Had a wonderful experience with Holly and Joe. We got our Hot Tub from them eight years ago in Three Lakes Wi. Great people to work for! There after purchase service is wonderful, even from four hours away.Highly recommended, awesome people!

  I have been coming here for years now. Every time I doubt myself or get confused by the tester strip readings I just bring a sample here and they help me get it figured out. They are very knowledgeable and they share that knowledge with you so that you know how to take care of your pool or spa. I love that about them. Great prices and they’re always trying to help the customer out. The thing that keeps me coming back is how much they care about my kids getting in and swimming. They’re always telling me when to put the chemicals in so that my kids are still able to swim without having to shut the whole pool down. That’s something special. Wonderful, down to earth people who support our community as well as other local small businesses. This business is highly recommended!

  We recently purchased a home that came with an older hot tub, which is our first experience owning one. I am writing to express our appreciation for the Quality Pool and Spa staff, who have been incredibly generous with their time and very patient while educating us on the technical aspects of maintenance. Despite our many questions, I have never felt any sales pressure for repairs or new purchases. It is clear that your team genuinely wants us to have the knowledge necessary to make the best decisions for ourselves and enjoy our spa to the fullest. Thank you for your excellent service.

  We have a hot tub that would not control heat past 72 - I called them on Wednesday, they told me that as long as if was not a freeze up - the could be at my place ( 110 mile round trip) this Friday. Showed up and within an hour he trouble shot the tub -- fix it and was done ASAP. Well trained tech mechanic - polite and cleaned his area. When and if I need more help -- the Quality Pool & Spa are my go to people. A HUGE THANKS! Bill D
