  I have had a hot tub for many years, sold to me by an excellent business in the area. Out looking for a smaller model, I experienced the rudest, unprofessional people that I have ever met in this business. Treated me very disrespectfully. I am elderly, and was brought up knowing that friendliness and customer service means everything when selling products. Decided to not buy due to these owners not caring about either. I rarely do negative reviews but feel it is important to try and keep others away from bad business practices. I was treated poorly for no reason.

  This has been one of the most horrible customer service experiences I have ever had. If I could give less than a 1 star I definitely would. The owners are friendly when you are making the purchase. However, if you ever need service or have a problem with your hot tub/pool, they are very difficult to work with; our problem occurred 3 days after they installed the hot tub. They responded to our service request by calling and yelling at us on the phone. At one point, they actually called us liars. While being yelled at, I admit that I got a little frustrated and might not have been my best self in that moment. However, once everyone had cooled down, and I tried to work with them later, they acted as if we were ones who were tough to work with, and they would not listen to us explain why the hot tub wasn't working. I was constantly interrupted and talked down to. This became the excuse for not allowing us to return the hot tub. We determined that the relationship and the hot tub wasn't working for us, so we wanted to return the hot tub. They said there would be an $800 restocking fee, and I gave them all of my credit card information to do so. As soon as they had that information and we hung up the phone, they immediately messaged me that they refused to take the hot tub back, and they would not be accepting the return. Their policies state that have the right to refuse any return, so they are absolutely refusing to take back a hot tub that is malfunctioning and consistently not maintaining temperature within the first ten days of purchase. They made working with them so difficult that we contacted the corporate office for Sundance, and Quality Pool and Spa folks initially spoke to the corporate office in a difficult manner. Ultimately, we were told that Quality was the only Sundance retailer in the area, so we would need to work with them to fix our hot tub. Due to the bait and switch of the return, being called liars, and being yelled at by these people, we did not feel comfortable having them come out to the fix the hot tub well or continuing to interact with them for the lifetime of the warranty. As a result, we made the decision to take a hit and sell our less than 30 day old hot tub to another company in town who graciously allowed us to trade so that we could have a useful hot tub. Spare yourself the stress and hassle associated with Quality Pools & Spa. The cheaper prices they offer come with a cost.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service! I had a full-on panic moment when I went to check my hot tub before my Airbnb guests check in on Friday and found it almost empty. After calling a couple of places, I decided to go with Quality Pool and Spa, and I’m so glad I did! They sent someone out right away, which was a lifesaver. Joe, the technician, was phenomenal! He quickly diagnosed the issue, took care of it, and even shared some incredibly helpful tips and tricks to help me maintain my hot tub better. I was blown away when he told me he’d be taking my filter to clean at no charge—I had no idea they offered that kind of service! He also walked me through other service options they provide, which was super helpful. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and the service was above and beyond. I am officially a customer for life! Thank you, Joe, for turning a stressful situation into such a great experience. Highly recommend Quality Pool and Spa to anyone in need of top-notch service!
