I went back to the cashier and stated we were tired of waiting, the cashier called for service at the material section but know one showed up. An another lady in the mean time was also waiting so again I went to the cashier and I was upset by the lack of service. There was no sense of urgency for customer service. I think my mother was right, everyone wants a job but no one wants to work.

I most definitely get all my steps in for the day, just trying to find someone out on the floor to help. I have way better luck at walmart. Not a friendly place at all. If you call and ask a question, youre met with a monotone person that hates their job. This store has sure changed over the years. Crabby people.

They were moving as fast as they could and Lisa the customer service manager stood there watching everybody waiting in line. I don't know why she could not help them out or call for more help to the front.
