Ace hardware (where I bought it) told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the repair. The service dept at Russo said a week at most for the repair. That sounded good so the next day I loaded in my vehicle and headed to Russo. They fixed my problem on the spot! I was shocked! Took the machine back home and used it on the next snowfall. Worked great! I can’t say enough good things about this place. From now on, when it comes to my outdoor power equipment needs, Russo will get my business whether it’s repairs or a new purchase. These people are the Real deal!
