I've been renting at this location in New Berlin for about 6 months. In early Semptember, I finally realized the unit I rented was a full 1' (foot) less on the depth than what is(was) advertised. I was informed the company allows this type variance. I asked for the regional manager to contact me to discuss. At no point have I received a call. Instead my monthly rate has gone significantly...for something that is 100 square feet less than what was advertised.
