  Service organization insists on calling every 2 months, when I've been clear about wanting only quarterly service (every 3 months). This bills me for 2 extra services per year. Naughty Naughty!

  I was lied to and scammed. The sales staff told me there would be a ONE time fee for one service, and if bugs were still there they would come back. The contract was something COMPLETELY different, the contract signed me up for 2 years. I am currently fighting with their management to investigate the lies I was told and to relieve me of the contract. This is ridiculous, BEWARE. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Jeff M provided personal service for us, maintaining both inside and outside pest control. He explained what he did and why he did it. He searched out areas where we could have possible issues and addressed them. Recommendations where made to mitigate future problems. We appreciate Jeff's professionalism and service.

  Your technician left as fast as possible. Normally you guys come to my door and tell me at the end what was done. Instead he just took off. Now I'm having a discussion with him that the mouse traps that were on the side of the house and on the back of house he could not touch because it has hawk on it. Yet for the last year and a half or so your people have used them said there's no need to reinvent the wheel they're here we're just going to fill them and that's what you did. So I want to know if the previous employees that came and did this if they did it wrong are fired or if this young man is going to be reprimanded but either way I think of your service as most second rate service out of the highest price possible. Customer service is not the important thing the important thing is that you come here and you leave and you get the money. Soon I will be canceling with you.

  Can i give less than 1 star? Not sure if the service really made a difference for us but was willing to try. Until I had a scheduled visit for mid December in Wisconsin when it was below Zero. What pests are about when it's that cold? Tried to call the customer service number and was told they would move out until after the first of the year. Today someone showed up to do what I have no clue. Called the "local" number and ended up at the same off shore customer service center working on cancelling for the small fee of $199. Well worth it to never see or them again. Do Not buy into their high pressure scam!
