  Gabriel did a great job applying winter month application, loaded the bait boxes for rodent control, and also offered mouse/insect glue traps for in-home use.

  Aaron was great - he was communicative and let me know exactly what he would be doing and explained thoroughly. He was quick and from what I can tell he was thorough. At the end he made note that we have been customers since 2017 and thanked us very kindly (and reviewed our pay structure with his manager). He is fantastic at customer service!!! Well done, Aaron!

  Trevin was kind but a fast talker. I wanted only to remove the 1 mouse that came into my home while waiting for my dogs to come in from outside. He kept trying to convince me that the mice were in packs/families. I didn’t have that problem. I forced the gentleman to sit in his truck till the contract was corrected. Since Trevin did not correct it and kept trying to lock me into a 2 year contract. So I refused to sign and Had to write decline to sign on the documents and explained on the contract that I ONLY wanted the end of winter service discount serve for that day and that I wanted to cancel all future services. Stop trying to take advantage of seniors!!!!!! The worker was also kind and understanding to what I wanted versus what they were trying to do and sell to me.
