Don't open the door to those guys. They are smart to scam you. The name of the representative is Brad Stock. Be careful of this guy. I learned my lesson. I won't open the door to any one anymore.

I was at work so I could not verify how many service visits you had made. The service person told me there had been seven. I agreed to today’s service. However, when I got home and checked; I paid for 11 services. Your company is not being truthful!
