  We had our RH furniture delivered on Friday to our new house. Our delivery guys were outstanding. Marcus and Juan. When they got to the house, they saw me using a utility knife attempting to cut a carpet pad. Marcus immediately went to his truck and got a carpet shears and did it for me. I didn't ask, he just did it. Note, this was not their carpet or pad. The rest of the delivery was polite, friendly and very professional. They packed up all of their boxes and wrappers. They put down pads anywhere they went. Super good guys. Side note, my wife ordered a bed. They delivered the wrong bed, note this was 50% my wife's fault and 50% the sales person. They had the right color, wrong bed. 1 phone call and she was able to switch it out .. AND they allowed her to change her color selection. Great experience all around.
