Sometimes doors would be locked. They were always very patient and walked with me to get into my storage bin to have them as employees is an asset to the owner of extra storage space. I would recommend them In future leadership roles. They are customer service, friendly, and extremely patient.

No matter the amount of questions I asked or the request to view the unit both prior to renting the unit & after she was happy & pleased to do it… Dorothy did all of this with a smile on her face even though I walked in 30 minutes before the office closed. If you need a storage unit, I recommend the location at 7740 N 76th and ask for Dorothy.
