    This place is not the worst storage locker place in the city. When the overhead door broke, it took them about 5 or 6 weeks to fix it, which was frustrating. Other than that, they keep the place marginally maintained. The rates were starting to get a little outrageous, until I talked to them and got them to bring my rate down a hair, which was nice. Also, Shamariuama, the general manager, is a nice guy. Overall, I would not not recommend this place. 👍🏼

    Shamarius was pleasant and easy to deal with. He was helpful and answered all my questions. When I called back to check if the right email was entered; he helped and I got right online.

    Like a beacon in the darkness after TWO Uhaul fires, Shamarius and Extra Space Storage are reminding us what ACTUAL customer service looks like. Clean facility, orderly, spacious, and it even smells nice. Ditch your Uhaul locker and come here FOR SURE.

    I had a really great experience here! Shamarius and his coworker were both super professional, helpful, and just genuinely good people. From the moment I walked in, they made everything smooth and stress-free. They took their time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. You can tell they actually care about their customers and not just rushing people in and out. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I really appreciate how patient and respectful they were. Definitely recommend this location if you want good energy and top-tier customer service. I’ll be coming back for sure!
