The building was clean, well lit, there is a security gate around the loading/unloading zone so it feels very safe. The office staff was very nice, professional, helpful, answered all my questions. There was one question he didn't know the answer to and he was very clear, no hedging, just offered to look it up for me. I got a short tour, shown the best access door to my unit and was offered the use of a communal flatbed pallet for on site loading/unloading. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
