Tried to pay at a nearby facility (I do this with PS all the time) and they wouldn't take payment. Showed up the following day when they opened only to be told the auction was cancelled because the owner paid up. When? The facility was not open between when I won the auction and when I showed up. It's now going into day 2 and the auction has not been formally cancelled on Storage Treasures so I'm not only out the buyer premium at this point, I'm out the time spent returning to this facility multiple times and I passed on other auctions after winning an auction here as well as the cost of a Uhaul that was going to be used for this unit.

Even app said door is open, but did not budge. The customer care person got all details but could not help much. Wasted all my time and money, and I need to extend my stay ☹️
