- BBB H (What The Flip Did I Buy‽)Feb 20, 20261.0Had a problem with an auction at another ST facility which got me to look back at my records. I won auction 5668786 at this facility on December 10th. I bought a small auction with 2 totes, 4 boxes, and a handful of bags. When we opened the door, it was a giant 10x14 trash heap from floor to ceiling. They had mixed up their auctions somehow and I declined to proceed with the auction because I wanted what I paid for and not a trash heap. They returned my money and that was it. But I just realized they never officially cancelled the auction in Storage Treasures so I was never refunded the buyers premium. So I was out the money/time for driving to their facility as well as the buyers premium for winning the auction from their facility.
