The problem was after I explained what I was looking for which was a drive-up storage shed accessible by a semi truck. The sales first person I talked to on their phone system initially set me up with exactly what I didn't need. It turned out to be a storage shed inside a building on the lowest floor accessible by an elevator and I don't know how that's accessible by a semi truck. I called back after I inspected it and the second operator I talked to apologized naturally and said I would have to call back on Monday to get a refund. Then I called back again and asked if there was drive up storage sheds available anywhere else in my area because this is what I initially asked for. The third operator said no. So I searched the internet and I found a place right next to my house that had two for rent. I called back and got the 4th person who was extremely nice and new the drill down pat. She sent me up with a new location with the exact thing I was looking for initially and it was perfect. What I learned was don't believe the people telling you what is what. Look on the internet for the information you were looking for. I believe it is much more accurate by far!
