  Great store and awesome business owner!! I can tell the owner is practically a chemist for how well he helped me understand balancing chemical levels and the technical side behind maintaining the water in my hot tub. I had a very minor warranty claim where the spinner action in the Jets was failing, and he was very helpful and responsive getting replacement parts for it. He also helped me get the highest quality tub for my budget and figure out what level of features I wanted without overpaying for the bells and whistles we didn’t need. Overall great experience and the delivery and installation process went well also.

  Terribly rude staff refusing to test my pool sample and essentially telling me I’m an idiot for not just relying on my test kit. I bought my spa there and most of my supplies. Not ever going there again.

  Great local pool supply shop, small, but that doesn't seem to limit the selection. Great staff as well who can answer questions and help select the right product between what are sometimes many choices. Product inventory has been tough during Covid, but they have always had what I needed of a suggestion for a safe alternative product. Thank you!
