  I work at a small residential business and last major snow storm I called the company 12 times to 2 different company phone numbers until my phone call was answered. The lady i talked to told me at 2:21p.m. that we were on the list and were 2nd in line on the list and she would message all the snow plows that we needed our driveway done. (It is only 2 car width by 4 cars long) the plow didn't arrive at our location until 8:20p.m. My staff and family members were not able to get in or out of the driveway!!! Today, 12/29/2025, there were 3 men who completed our driveway by 10a.m. with shovels and 1 small snow blower. I want to give a shout out to the men for doing such a wonderful job!!! The 3 men include Jay C., Maurice G., and Ryan S. I greatly appreciate and recommend those 3 men for doing such an amazing 👏 men!!!!

  Hired Schultz for a sod installation on a new property. They were quick to come on site, get a quote, and schedule the installation. They did show up almost a week earlier than what was scheduled but it was all good. The install made an enormous mess and they left multiple dirt piles in the middle of the street which caused the city to fine them. During these days it rained, blocked storm drains, and flooded into multiple neighbor's properties. It also left my driveway a mess. During the landscaping work, their workers multiple times left empty bottles and trash from fast food in the yard. We're not talking a single bottle here, we're talking 6-10 of them. During this project, multiple times they would not show up for days. When they got the actual sod, they left it in the sun for 3-4 days on a weekend stacked up still on the pallets. Multiple pieces died after being installed. I paid for their sprinkler rental and one side caused my neighbor's yard to flood (due to 1/2 of the sprinkler's stream going into their yard and a faulty timer), which the neighbor kept sneaking onto my property to turn off the water. Multiple sections of the sod died. This was back in august. It's now November and only half of the dead areas were replaced despite reaching out multiple times when it was supposed to be warrantied. And other areas weren't replaced, they removed sod from the backyard to go to the front, and put the dead sod in the backyard in patches ajoining the neighbor's property (Cody). Not only that, they said the first few mows would be done by them. When Cody mowed, he tore up multiple corners of the sod and left big bald spots in the yard. They promised to come and fix it. This was at the end of August and it has yet to be done despite them sending a new operations manager out to look at it. Each time its the same thing, "we'll fix it by the end of the week" and no one shows up. Each time I call again, they say someone will come out. Still no one has ever come out to fix it. Then to top it all off, multiple other times they tried to sell additonal services. If they can't stand by their work, why would I want to spend more with them? This was on an 18k project and I expected better service than this.

  Our condo community has contracted with Schultz for our lawn service. This week they were on site for two full days doing fall clean up of our lawns and removing leaves. They did a great job and worked long hours to get the job done right.

  They are always so efficient in doing our fall cleanup. We have a lot of landscaping all around our house and they get it all taken care of along with all the leaves. The guys who come out are always friendly and courteous. This year we had Jerome, ROC and John. Fair pricing as well. Would highly recommend.
