We ended up being charged $450 after an extremely simple car unlocking that took the technician less than 15 seconds. I felt taken advantage of, especially in a situation where I needed quick help and trusted them to be fair. The technicians were rushed and didn’t clearly explain the charges, which only made things worse. This price was completely unreasonable, especially after calling other locksmiths to compare prices afterward and finding out we would have been charged $350 less had we gone with literally any other area locksmith. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere and getting clear pricing in writing before agreeing to anything. This experience left a very bad impression, and I would not use this company again.
