- LLlizabmeDec 20, 20251.0I initially called a service from Chicago that locate locksmiths in my area to get me in my car for a lockout but then I saw this company and that they had a place in Manitowoc. Well they might have duplication machines somewhere but they certainly do not have a locksmith on site. First they made me pay ahead of time and that could have been a problem because my wallet was locked in my car. Luckily I did have my card number on my phone so paid them and then waited. I did not realize it at a time but they did not send me a receipt to my email. I then received multiple texts saying they're having trouble finding somebody in my area, we'll update you in 10 minutes. Then about 45 minutes later from a different number I got a text canceling their search and they'll refund my money. Luckily the other service turned out to be legitimate. 5 days later and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I called another place lucky lock the price was cheaper and the got to me faster so I cancel key me and they charged me 80.00 dollars for canceling.
