  I took my Dyson there for help repairing a part. Unfortunately, despite his effort, he was not able to get the parts I needed personally but did help me find what I needed so that I could order directly from Dyson with confidence that I ordered the correct part. Very appreciative for his help despite not being able to give them my business! But will definitely refer them because that was good business all around! And I love their dog Titan.
