  I stored my car here for the winter, and would never do it again. The day I went to drop it off, I had to wait a good half an hour for an employee to come to the office so I could get checked in. I figured this was lunchtime for the single employee on-site (seems silly to only have one person), so no big deal. I covered my car, and went on my merry way. A couple of months later, I got a call and message saying that they needed to talk to me about my unit. I called back multiple times (at different times of day to hopefully avoid lunch and such) and never got an answer, so I left a message with my name and number, and asked them to call back. I never got a call back. Seems like they were calling to let me know that my promotional rate was going to expire, and I'd be charged full-price soon, but it's impossible to say because I never got anyone on the phone! It definitely felt like they were avoiding me/running out the clock until I started getting charged full-price. I decided to just show up and move out, and was lucky enough to find someone there to help me cancel my rental. I then discovered that my car cover had ostensibly been blown off. Found it crumpled up against a fence, and further inspection revealed a huge rip (which I wouldn't expect to happen in the process of blowing off). Talked to the employee about this and asked if there was a way we could figure out what exactly happened to end up with a severely ripped cover, and was (albeit nicely) told there was nothing to be done and I should leave. Would not go back.

  Nick was and still is very helpful with my renting 4 units and transitioning to 1 larger unit.after re organizing from fire at my apartment. I plan on keeping my rental long term as my new apartment is too small. Thank, Mark Tim Ckark

  Apparently their contracts are month to month? They can change the price whenever they want based on "market conditions" aka theyre greedy. Price went from $70 a month to $120 a month with no warning or explanation. Had to call an ask. Which is insane because thats almost double. Kinda a scam if you ask me. How is it month to month if I signed a 12 month contract.

  Ordered & paid for unit 11/21, but had no access or operating lock til they switched me to another unit 1st week of Dec. That was a fiasco, but they did "make it right". Now 3/17, just 4 months in, got notice my next payment(s) rent is doubling! I was told (and I asked on this specifically!) that my rent price was the internet price, not some super short temporary special price offer. I mean, 4 dang months? Even streaming, cell, & net with their gimmicks are clear about when rates will change & usually is at least 6mo or a year before the hike! Uncool!
