  Please read before purchasing: We bought a Sactional 2 years ago and love it. The new / additional set we just bought has been less than a desirable experience. Be aware their MSRP for items change according to the sales promotion. I caught it when we configured a set when the discount, at the time was 30%. I went back to the store during a 40% off promotion and had them rebuild the set and the salesperson kept hiding and discarding the old quote. At the end of the day the price was the same. It’s just a sales tactic. Secondly. The quality of build is completely different. They are now being manufactured in a different country than they were and the quality is not the same. We have many bad cushions and covers, almost half. The first set assembled much easier as well. For what you pay for these the quality should never be sacrificed. Had to wait a fair amount of time to assemble as some items were missing on the shipment. To be fair that might not be their issue. Maybe FedEx. We will see how customer care handles taking care of the issues and I will adjust the review accordingly. Praying they get it right. As previously stated. We love the original set we have.

  Couches: fine. We were able to sit on them and figure out what worked for us. Service: abysmal. The sales person was on her phone the entire time we were there. She stood up once but mostly didn’t interact with us unless we asked a question. “Which is the standard?” “That one over there.” “Which one, the against the wall.” There were two against the wall. I admittedly have a higher standard for what I expect from retail. This failed to meet even the minimum. Get off your phone and talk to us.

  Went in to a showroom and ordered everything there. Made all of the odd guesswork very easy.

  The Lovesac Hilldale location was offering a special promotional new store bundle deal. It worked out perfectly for me because they offered fabrics and colors that I wanted, plus all of the accessories I wanted. I ordered the five seat, five side sectional. The bundle also came with the Lovesac pillow, squattoman and a footsac blanket. Also, 2 drink holders and a table. We upgraded to the Stealth Tech surround sound system. The ordering process was super easy and we got almost everything within a week via FedEx. I’m still waiting on the Lovesac pillow and the pillow cover. Set up is a tie between setting up IKEA furniture or this. But once it’s done, the surroundsound system is fantastic. My only criticism of the stealth tech system is that the cell phone app should make quiet coach mode more clear. There should be a physical on or off wording on that button. We didn’t realize the quiet couch mode is automatically on so we weren’t using the surround sound system. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations and it’s by far the best furniture investment I’ve made.
