Then the loveliest person came to sit with me & we both had stories about our mothers & how they each had a lazy boy chair in the past & how they could relax in their lives. It was getting late & thought I'd better go without making a decision yet. I left spoke with a family member & they reassured me to go back & get that cozy chair for my mom--I felt like someone who could share a little family history knows that we all deserve comfort in our lives. I still own my lazy boy recliner I bought 25 years ago. It's nice to have people who are kind & not all about themselves perhaps we all need to head to your local lazy boy, just give any chair a trial, you never know who might sit next to you--could be an angel who wishes we need comfort in our world!

It’s so comfortable and looks great in our basement. Ali and Carmen were really helpful and gave great advice regarding size and color. Delivery of the couch went well, although the delivery people didn’t make all the connections between the pieces of the sectional and we didn’t realize that until after they left. We called Customer Care and they sent someone out to finish the set up. Alexander was quick, very helpful, and super nice. There was also one small issue with the ottoman, but we declined delivery and they replaced it right away. These were just small things and don’t detract from the great service and the great product. I would buy from La-z-boy again and would recommend them!
