The employee I talked to about what had happened responded with "it is what it is" so I paid to get a key copied & didn't receive a key & didn't think it's important to make it right. Their advice was to try it again. Pay double for the chances of not get a key copied again. DO NOT USE!!!

Unfortunately it only copied one set of doors to my apartment instead of both and I have no way to choose both codes but they were made for my children so it will do better than not having access at all. They can at least get in the building and go to the community room until I get home.
