  Communicable employees and helped me out with everything I needed. Nice location with the gate and off the beaten path, but I've noticed people always park on the left side of the unload right in front of the inside doors and block people from exiting on the right from the proper parking spots. Which I feel could be fixed by painting proper marking on the left side for no parking. Just my two cents. 5/5

  Selena Diaz provided an amazing service, from touring the storage unit options, all the way to signing the contract. She was also super helpful in answering our questions. My particular climate-controlled storage unit was located in their newer building with excellent lighting and just overall well maintained storage area. Just be aware of the pricing changes that other people have mentioned in their reviews, though this pricing changes is already included in the lease agreement, section 4. You can lease for 6 months (up to 2 years if you own a business) to lock in the web price, which you can pay upfront. They have full refunds on the rest of the months if you end up leaving early, so that’s nice.

  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE; THIS PLACE IS A SCAM WITH MANY BBB COMPLAINTS! I was lured by the amazing price of $74 listed on the website that in NO WAY makes it clear that it’s an “introductory” price. After a few months, they start charging me $135 so I called the store (I will say everyone who works at the store is super awesome and have nothing to do with the price increases) and they were able to get it down to $110 which I was still not happy about but it was doable. All of a sudden with no notice, it goes up to $193 a month! So the price nearly tripled within just one year! Imagine if this were rent how outrageous the percentage increase would be! I immediately submitted a move out date as they will not get another penny from me. Their units aren’t even that great… like you’d think for $193 that I’d have an indoor unit etc but NOPE! This was just for a simply outdoor 10x15… SAVE YOUR MONEY LONG TERM AND GO ELSEWHERE. Most other places will actually make sure you’re aware of price increases and they don’t increase prices nearly as drastically.

  Had the worst headache dealing with my car being shipped to the wrong place. Nick really went above and beyond to help me with this issue involving my storage space. I felt much better knowing that it would all work out thanks to him.

  The facility is nice and clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. The reason for the three stars is because my rental fee increased 75$ on the 6th month. Apparently it was in section 4 of the lease. So of course this is my fault for not reading the long lease they give you. I don’t like hidden fees and now I either have to suck it up and pay extra cash or spend extra cash moving all the stuff that took me 3 days to move in. This is bullcrap and I am not happy.
