- MMMichael M.Jan 26, 20265.0'GREAT facility. Man. Sub-zero temps outside, but quite comfortable inside! Too, lots of little hand carts to move boxes; some parking available inside (out of the cold) behind big overhead doors. No need for a padlock, etc. 'Just convenient! Easy! Clean! And so on. Forget everything you've known about storage units and go to THIS PLACE!! (OH! I rented in Madison, WI--just FYI.)
- KSKatalina SanchezJan 23, 20262.0I’m not sure why the access hours were changed, but this location used to be open until 11pm and now closes at 10pm. For people who work later hours, that extra hour makes a big difference. A couple of hours in the evening isn’t always enough time to move items, especially larger loads. What’s more frustrating is that once it hits 10pm, all doors and the garage are disabled. If you get held up even slightly past closing, you can’t access your unit or use the elevator. For a storage facility, flexible access is a big part of the value, so I really hope management reconsiders extending the hours again.
