  The salesman showed us exactly what we were looking for and was extremely professional with all the questions I threw at him. We ended up buying two recliners. They're not delivered yet, but our experience in the store was great

  We had a wonderful experience with Astra at the Kenosha Lazy Boy. We ordered a sofa, double recliner and chair. However. When the furniture was delivered, we were shocked at the sub-standard workmanship. The recliner needs total material repair or replacement and the pillows on both the sofa and chair need re-stuffing. We have a tech coming out in a couple of days and we are hoping these problems can be resolved and we can write another review on how Lazy Boy resolves customer complaints and issues. Lazy Boy was always a top contender in furniture and so far, our experience has been less than disappointing.
