I bought a refrigerator there and it had cockroaches in it. I never had a bug problem. About 1 month after I got the new fridge I began seeing roaches in my kitchen. DISGUSTING!! I CALLED LOWES AND THEY SAID CALL SAMSUNG. I CALLED SAMSUNG AND THEY SAID CALL LOWES. LOWES KNOWS THEY HAVE ROACHES IN THEIR WAREHOUSE AND PROBABLY HASN'T DONE A THING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM
I called the number the "owner" added to his response. Spoke to an associate in North Carolina that spoke to her directly manager and yep still NOTHING. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING!!!!!
