  We had a wonderful experience with Astra at the Kenosha Lazy Boy. We ordered a sofa, double recliner and chair. However. When the furniture was delivered, we were shocked at the sub-standard workmanship. The recliner needs total material repair or replacement and the pillows on both the sofa and chair need re-stuffing. We have a tech coming out in a couple of days and we are hoping these problems can be resolved and we can write another review on how Lazy Boy resolves customer complaints and issues. Lazy Boy was always a top contender in furniture and so far, our experience has been less than disappointing.

  I went to La-Z-Boy to purchase a lift recliner for my 95-y.o. MIL who recently experienced several falls resulting in fractured ribs & significant deep bruising. I went to a showroom that had a sale & the chair I was looking to purchase that was noted “in stock”. However, it was “in stock” at some distant warehouse. But the sales representative was super helpful. I needed a chair that day & wanted to pick up immediately. I was in visiting from out of town & was trying to set her home up to be a bit more ADA compliant for her recovery from multiple broken ribs. The salesman showed me nicer lift recliners in the clearance area, gave me a really good deal & I was able to rent a van & set up within 2 hours. 6 weeks later my MIL is still sleeping in it & loves it!

  Our sales associate, Melanie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to explain which chair would work best for us, walked us through the different features and styles that fit our height, and clearly explained the fabric warranty. Her expertise made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

  1st time visiting our Kenosha store. Tammi greeted my husband and I with such great kindness and her smile. We explained to her what we were looking for rocker recliners and that we haven’t purchased furniture in awhile (retired couple who are out of the loop on what lazy boy has to offer) Tammi directed us right to an area of rocker recliners and all the questions I had she answered and was very knowledgeable on the spot. We found a couple of chairs and told her we’d be back as we were checking on other locations due to we didn’t want to buy on the spot. She gave us her business card and left. Long story short we visited a few other places but landed back to see Tammi again and she remembered all the chairs we were interested in. We chose a different chair style the Morrison and our project of both his & hers chairs are locked in to start customizing soon. Please make sure you advise Tammi how great she is to her customers! These floor employees work hard to make their jobs better, and we were also introduced to the manager on duty. We might have to back another time and get a new couch as well.

  The salesperson, Terri, was so helpful and patient with me choosing the absolute perfect loveseat for me. I never realized the size differed for head support. I thought they were all the same size. And then the options, my goodness there are so many options, power tray, power recline, fabrics to choose from, on and on. She was patient and very skillful.
