I purchased a new mower from powers now Russo mind you I purchased 3 in total I needed a starter solenoid. I told them I would be there at 12:03. Is there a way I could pay you and you could leave it outside? He said no he won’t have time to generate the invoice and they can’t take card payments over the phone and I was told they cannot wait the extra three minutes for me to get there. I will never return staff answering. The phone is very rude.

I bought a large Toro snow thrower 4 years ago, pre-Russo. A weird thing happened - one of the tires had deflated in the cold and came off the rim! Russo said we can remount it. 7 min later it was done. I asked, "what do I owe you?" A: "Nothing, you're good". WOW! Old time customer satisfaction. Little acts like that build customer loyalty. Thanks!

Needed a major repair to my Toro snow blower. Drove out of my way to take it to them because they are one of the few Toro dealers in south centrals wisc. I was given a quote within 36 hours and repairs began when the parts arrived. Both the quote and estimated repair date were exactly as stated. In addition, the service dept. adjusted all the cables and connections as a free service. Highest recommendation for Porters Power.

We had Porters fix our snowblower earlier in the year when it started leaking gas. They had it for over 3 months, claiming they were waiting on a part. Over 250$ later and in April, it was finally done. After our big snowfall in November, we used it for the first time and it started leaking gas again. After having a poor experience with this repair we chose not to use Porters and instead went to Jacobson & Sons where not only did he actually fix it, he charged us close to half of what this fake repair cost and did it within a few days. If you want to waste your money and wait months for a fake repair job go to Porters. If you want it actually fixed at a reasonable price and quickly talk to Andrew at Jacobson & Sons.

Bought a power washer from Lowe's a couple months back, recently it started leaking and spraying water every where. I called up 3 different locations near Rockford that would charge me upward of 40 dollars just to inspect it. I called this place up and they said don't worry about paying until we figure out what's wrong first. So I brought it in, had the issue identified and fixed within the hour. They said it was minor enough that'll they do it on the house! I was not expecting this, plus they also gave great advice on handling and care of the pressure washer. If you wanna buy any equipment you put gas in, take the time and go to one of these shops instead of big box stores. Trust me, the hassle to getting something fixed will be significantly minimized.
