  my daughters ought me a half cord for christmas. i cannot get it to light. it is wet, green and almost impossible to light or keep lit. about have of it is over 24 inches, so it does not go into my fireplace. the wood is defiantly not seasoned. customer service and delivery were great but i cannot burn that lol. bobby walker

  Unhappy with wood compared to what we have received from other vendor in past years. Face cord, most pieces to large in size for wood fireplace, some are wet and hard to burn.. Good example of you get what you pay for, cheaper than most but not same quality to use in indoor fireplace.

  Had a load delivered today. Decided to give them a try because they were 50% cheaper than my normal guy. Big mistake almost all of it is to big to put in my fireplace. And after chopping some up in small pieces it smokes horribly and is sizzling so bad from being wet and will barely burn. Picture is after a hour of trying to burn.

  On 11/ 18 we had a cord of firewood delivered after dark. The wood had a very fresh smell and this was conveyed to the delivery person who assured me it was seasoned. I was assured by Jason that if wood was to wet, he would replace. Today his position was much different after i cut open and tested. The wood is very moist, significant aroma, and very high moisture content according to my meter. Most disturbing was Jasons threat to sue me for slander in reference to our review at Tree Wise Men, who we wrote check to. No integrity, we will contact BBB
