We initially wanted to get just very bare bones simple fabric recliners, but after laying in these we fell in love with them. We liked them so much we bought 4 of them. I HIGHLY recommend La-Z-Boy in Greenfield to everyone.

Oscar was attentive and knowledgeable, and also had a smooth, low-pressure style of customer service. He clearly explained the myriad of options (styles, configurations, and fabrics) and was very patient in working with us. The quality and comfort level of the sectional at La-Z-Boy was far superior to many others we tried at various other stores. Ultimately, we decided on a sectional and are extremely happy with our choice and the service we received.
- JJJellybeanDec 6, 20251.0I purchased a $7000 leather set 3 years ago now. It took a year and multiple deliveries to even get a set that wasn't damaged upon delivery. Now, 2 years in, I have had the warranty company out here once, I've tried to call them again to fix 2 new issues [bought a 5yr warranty fyi] and they refused the request because I took a month too report it. Now, upon contacting Lazy Boy, they made me pay $35 for shipping the parts...btw these are parts that broke without assistance...and now they want me to pay 2hrs of labor to fix something I didnt break! 150x 2! How do you struggle a year getting this terrible stuff...spend that much money...and buy a warranty to have to give it back again! Its just not right! I bought Lazy Boy because I grew up learning that they were top of the line....clearly not anymore. And they dont take care of their customers. Now I have 2 parts sitting here and I don't want to keep giving them more money.
