  Bait and switch tactics used to make a sale. Purchased 2 recliners and were to have the furniture delivered with a "fly by" delivery to expedite it and the delivery fee was "waived" because we purchased 2 chairs. Sales person called a manager to get approval so we went forward with the purchase. The next day we get a call that we can't get the furniture delivered and have to wait 10 days. We've arranged to have old furniture removed already so we're stuck now with no furniture. We have to pick it up ourselves to get it sooner at our expense of a rental truck and the "waived" delivery did us no good. It was a sneaky sales tactic to offer the delivery fee and sooner delivery to close the deal and then switch it on us a few hours later. Will never do business here again.

  Great experience here, we have been looking to upgrade to a new sectional and have stopped in to many stores. We decided to go with lazy boy because we liked the style and comfort. The staff here was excellent to work with and answered all our questions.

  I was impressed with this store!! Oscar was so very helpful finding me the perfect recliner!! We talked about the recliner size and I needed one with an electric control. The fabric is perfect..This revliner is so comfy and I feel like this chair was made for me💕 I got the chair at an affordable price and and so very happy and grateful for all Oscar’s help. I can’t wait fir delivery. Thank you !!

  Our sales clerk was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly, everything that you would want in a salesperson. We found the perfect couch for my husband, and I, both comfortable and being ordered in the fabric and color we wanted. Everything was explained carefully to us about delivery and the warranty, which we chose to buy, etc. We really appreciated him! We will definitely be back to a lazy boy the next time we need any furniture.

  Bought a lazy boy about 5 weeks ago and chair was terrible. Couldn't get it to work right. Now the mechanism frame is making gun pop sounds when I recline and then use remote to go back to sitting position. Was there and was not happy with how the store manager talked to me. You have only 3 days to return your chair. Beware buyers. I went to the doctor since I bought this chair and the chair also sunk in in the seat cushion. 2,200.00 dollars for a waste of money. I will return back to store for maybe some satisfaction. As I could not go back when they wanted me to cause of health issues when they wanted me to, I will go back and write a review on my experience there and satisfaction. I had Lazy boys before and never had mechanical issues. They are not what they used to be years ago. Will write another review after I go back to this store. Should of not bought another lazy boy.
