- DMDark MythJan 2, 20263.0Clean store and good selection but the checkouts are horrific. The checkers are very slow at times painfully slow. Doesn't matter if you're there on a busy or a slow day these are some of the slowest checkers in town. There's also no VISA tap for the checkout computers and another family member of mine had a picture put on a poster board it was done in the incorrect color, and then fell completely off the board because it was not done correctly at all. When called to say what happened employee was very defensive to the point of yelling at the customer. Haven't seen this employee there since but it was a sour experience.

I explained what they looked like along with her name and she didn’t believe me; said there’s no one back there. (I didn’t cut it myself, I’ll tell you that much). Then she called someone else and asked who she thought it might be based on my description and she said the same name I mentioned. The person checking me out told them to call the person I thought it was. She came up and then she proceeded to scold the “fabric cutter” about how they didn’t clean up in the fabric area and she didn’t fill the form out correctly, all in front of me. I understand trying to train, but do that kind of thing NOT in front of customers.

Employee was extremely rude when I expressed my concern regarding this.
