He sent me a link to enable me to view a loveseat in my size and price range. When I got to the store to try out the loveseat, I was treated with respect and friendliness. Joe and his helper took the seat apart for me and loaded it in my truck. They were both very careful not to harm the seat as they loaded it and wrapped it in my moving blankets before I left. It was a seemless and easy experience.
