I went into the store fully expecting to just purchase a brand-new mattress to replace our 7-year-old Doctor’s Choice Elite. A warranty claim wasn't even on my radar until I started speaking with Jake Hirst. Instead of just taking the easy sale, Jake took the time to listen to the issues we were having. He was the one who suggested that we measure the bed to see if we were eligible for a warranty replacement. I was incredibly impressed that he looked out for my best interests rather than just trying to close a transaction. Throughout the entire process, both Jake Hirst and Estella De La Cruz were the definition of professional. Estella was fantastic in helping coordinate the details, and the communication from both of them made a potentially stressful situation feel seamless. It is rare to find this level of integrity and genuine customer care these days. Her professionalism was top-notch. We had a problem with a previous mattress sale but she was very accommodating in getting the problem solved with a replacement mattress. She was waiting our arrival at the store and had a replacement that she thought would help with a better night sleep because of previous health issues for both myself and my husband. My husband was the first one to try it out and in about 35 seconds he was out like light. It was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever laid on. We upgraded as well so we could utilize the extra features of raising the head and raising the feet. Something we both really need now as senior adults. I definitely would recommend Denver Mattress because of their many mattress selections, personal attention and prompt service.
