Called the store multiple times to reach the customer service desk. Each time I was hung up on by whoever was working at the customer service desk. The automated directory would send my call to the service desk, ring once or twice then drop. Don't bother the employees at this location they don't want to answer the phone. I've had similar problems in the past with this location when attempting to reach other departments. And in store they seem to have a low knowledge no expectations way of handling customers. If you've come to this Lowe's seeking help or project advice, lower your own expectations because that's the atmosphere.
Would recommend you take the time to go to the Delavan Lowe's instead. It's farther away but you'll get better service.

If I could give Lowes a Zero, I'd do that. What a horrible nightmare experience. I bought flooring from them. The story is really long and well documented. In the end, Lowes acknowledges that the errors are theirs, however the best they can possibly do is give me a 10% refund. In other words, when they admittedly mess things up the customer only has to pay 90% of the bill.
