  Bought a bed at HOM store in Eau Claire from “Shell.” She provided great customer service, very knowledgeable. She went the extra mile for us w a mattress return as well. I would definitely recommend Shell if you choose the HOM FURNITURE STORE IN Eau Claire!

  Jody was wonderful! I let her know the specific items I wanted to look at. She took me directly to them and then helped me find some different items that matched my criteria. My furniture was delivered today and I’m very happy with them!

  I feel bad I don't have her name but the saleswoman I worked with was great! Very helpful! One helpful note I think to the staff working at the pickup dock. They weren't rude or anything but they should remember they are in customer service representing the business too and managing a simple "hello' to a customer should not be too much to ask. Course that "simple" social skill seems to be a challenge in many places now. So if you just want to be like the average in that regard then bravo.
