  Very limited selection of wall prints. Based on the website many prints were in store only, not available for shipping. However many prints were not in the store. Staff did not assist nor assessable for questions. Customer service was a fail.

  Taylor was great! She took the time to sit down with me and actually listen to what my visions were. She used her skilled judgement of interior design to help me pick out the perfect sofa for my apartment. I will be going back to visit her at HOM for any future appliances or furniture needs. Thank you Taylor!!

  The only thing good about my experience of buying something from here was the sales person I had. I bought a bedroom set and a sectional from them. Was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, the delivery guys said the sofa wouldn't fit through the doorway(without measuring it) and refused to even try. They also broke the dresser and scratched the bed frame. Was told I would get a call later that day from their customer care, never got the call so I called them. I was then informed that the delivery was marked as fully delivered and no damages reported. 48 hours after the failed delivery they set up another appointment to deliver it again, did not inform me that they picked a day(the day they picked was a week after the original delivery day), so I picked it up myself. When I picked it up before I even loaded it into the truck, the sofa was damaged. The liner on the bottom was ripped in three spots before it was even in my hands. Oh and surprise surprise, it fit through the doorway no problem... Worst experience buying furniture of my life. Even worse customer care people. And even worse still delivery personnel. If I could I would give hom furniture a 0 star review, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest we can go.

  Shopping experience was great, great salespeople, nice store. Checkout was difficult, paid for purchases only to discover I was charged to much. Returned to store, cashier discovered computer input for sale was wrong. No one on staff around to correct. After about 20 minutes, I was first offered to little, then too much, which I refused. I calculated the correct amount but no could match my amount calculated. I was told at that point, since I paid in cash a check would have to be cut and it might take awhile. I told them to figure it out and send it to me. No one was rude but I found it frustrating, no one could figure what was owed to me.
