- TTTessa2 days ago3.0I love hobby lobby. But today I found myself very disappointed in the manager. The cashier i had was doing a great job! She had a line of multiple customers checking out with big orders. Kathiren had amazing customer service. Im assuming this is due to her personal work ethic and not management. As the line picked up more the manager did nothing but watch. She didnt open up another check out until the lines were backed up in merchandise. Im sure this stressed kathiren out as it would me. But she didnt show it. Props to her for persevering through unhelpful management.
