I was frustrated that it doesn’t state up front which keys could be cut right away or which key designs would be sent to me in the mail. It would have been a much better experience for me if I didn’t have to keep canceling my order until I could end up choosing a key that could be created on location. It would be great if more key designs could be offered to be able to get cut immediately versus waiting for a key to come in the mail.
